Pokémon GO is an augmented reality mobile game. Since its recent release, it has gained great popularity among gamers. Currently the game is only available in a few limited countries, however with Nox App Player you could play it anywhere in any country on your Windows PC without leaving your desk and collect all the Pokémons. This is great for people who don’t have the game yet in their country and of course also for people unable to get outdoors.
Pokemon sightings are catalogued with accuracy and sorted into categories of Common, Uncommon, Rares, Ultra Rares, and Epics. The app allows users to quest for Pokémon through their camera lens. The Pokémon will appear in real time, allowing users to try and “catch” the Pokémon. Game users (also called “trainers) can also find valuable eggs that are “hatched” by logging miles walking with the app. The game also allows users to battle each other and train in what’s called a Pokémon gym.
App users across the Internet have encountered safety concerns of a wide variety while playing Pokémon GO. The main advice to take away from these and all safety concerns – attention to your surroundings is the key to safety!
This could also be the new paradigm of marketing. Virtual world signs and advertising. Adults may not be the predominant users of the new app but the parents of children who share the obsession may just be a larger target audience than most are aware. Either way, I intend to embrace this new fad and register as many game items in our holiday homes as my marketing budget can afford.
